What all document to send with I-130 Form

Hello,

I was reading on USCIS website that to petition for your family member you need to send affidavit of relationship. What does the affidavit consist of and who should the affidavit come from. Lets say if we are applying for the spouse, can one of the family member write an affidavit saying that these two are married and they are a couple. Please shed some light. Thanks.

Are you referring to an affidavit for support or an affidavit of relationship if you are/were a refugee or on asylum status?

I am referring to Affidavit of Relationship. I was the instructions of I130 and it says you have to provide proof of relationship. I thought the marriage cert. should be more than enough but I gess they want affidavit from a family member. Am I reading the instructions correctly or not?
