what all do we need to turn in at PP stamping

When I got my stamping done, I just gave my I-94 and the approval letter.

1) Do we need to turn in EAD and AP also?
2) My approval form# is I-797 ....what is I-797c as mentioned on infopass?
3) What are categories E26/E27 on approval letters?
4) What happens if the plastic does not come before stamp expiration?
How can we get it renewed without the original approval letter?

Would appreciate if some one could answer my questions.

When I recently went for PP stamping, the agent collected all my I-94s from the H1b renewals. She got the infopass print that I have and pictures. The stamping is good for 1 year. She told us that the card should arrive from 6 to 12 months. I got the card within 2 weeks time! Take all the documents you have and they will keep whatever they want! Category E26/27: are you EB3?

Schedule your infopass appointment and don't worry about getting the stamping renewed. You will get the card on time!

Thanks for the info. They did not ask me but took the EAD from my wife.
We are keeping our fingers crossed until we get the actual cards as our cases have been abused so much since 2002.
