Im an US Citizen. I married my wife back in September and i am ready to file for her.

We been dating for 10 years, but she entered the US with an Tourist visa.
but shes been living with me for almost 5 years already.

My question is, on the address part of the i-485, do i put in MY address ( US, San Diego ), or should i use a foreign addresss ( Ensenada, Mexico ).?

I guess the rest of the field dont appy to her, i just leave blank? ( SS, Alien#, I94 number, etc )????

You put your address since that's where she lives now. You should give her foreign address only if it asks for foreign address, like in I-130.

Don't leave the lines blank! Enter N/A or "None", whatever you think is correct.
Btw, your wife should have an I-94 number, it's the number on her I-94 (white card) form.

Thanks for answering. Im filling the I-130 at the same time too, isnt there going to be a problem is her addresses doesnt match ( Mexican address on the I-130 and US address in the -I485)?

About the I-94, she has a border crossing card since we live in San Diego, tey dont issue I-94 to those holding that card unless they plan to travel more than 75 miles away from the border. I guess she should apply for one just to have a number to put in there?

No, there won't be a problem. She lives here, that's why she is filing for AOS (adjustment of status). However, she still has her foreign address: happens very often.

I hope her coming here is not considered an illegal crossing of the border. Is it? If not, then the answer would be N/A. You can't apply to get an I-94. They issue one at the airport when you arrive.

No, its not illegal, its basically an 10 year tourist visa, that kinda looks like a green card. I guess it has more security features since they can scan it and what not, i believe they issue those to people that live in border cities.

The I-94, she had those before, like i said, when anyone holding that Tourist Visa ( or Card ) needs to go further than 75 miles into the US, they apply for it at the border crossing office, which are issued on the spot.

Then, maybe she can apply for one. I am not sure.

Hi:

Is she changing her last name? If so, put the married name.

BTW, your situation may be somewhat problematic, since she has a border crossing card. It will be VERY HARD to prove that she changed intent to stay after she entered the last time, particularly if you carried on a relationship for a while across the border, before she finally moved in with you.

I don't mean to scare you, but you may really want to retain an attorney to represent you in your case. Entering on a nonimmigrant visa, e.g. border crossing card, with immigrant intent is illegal and grounds for denying AOS.
I am not suggesting it will be denied, but you will definitely want very competent legal representation. My neighbor in San Diego got into a very "sticky" situation with a very similar scenario.
