What activities can be expected after AR-11 and phone call for Address Change ?

I sent AR-11 form and also called USCIS for myself and my wife about 4 months back. But I have not seen any activity (i.e. change in status message). Also I have not received any letter from UC+SCIS confirming address change. I have heard that some people get letter from USCIS about change in address confirmation.

Please share your experiences/knowledge.

That's a long time! You usually get a confirmation in 1 month. Also I had my LUD changed few days after the phone call.

Call them up to confirm
