What about July 2001 filers?

Have we been forgotten? When will we get approved? Are there pending cases from May or June '01?

My RD is 07/30
ND is 09/20
Case resumed after FP 01/14

Hey CD,

Only thing is that they(approvals) are coming in trickles. Like the rains in Las Vegas (where I live). I had mine approved just yesterday, wish this gives you and rest of our JULY 01 buddies some positive hope.

I know I still dont believe mine is approved, its like I want re re confirm again and again to make sure ( I only checked 4 times so far).

Hope I am not dreaming.

What is your RD and ND? Do you think I should apply for EAD renewal? Mine expires Oct 25.

I wrote all my stuff in another posting(sub: I AM ON CLOUD NINE) thats the reason I did not give my details, but they are,

RD 02 July 01, ND 06 August 01. My first EAD was to expire on 15 August 02, I did not want to take any chances and applied for renewal in May 02. Got the EAD approval by the end of June.

I dont know when your first EAD expires. I would say to have a peace of mind go head and apply for a renewal.
