What about inquiry from DOL?

Hi,
there was inquiry from state DOL about my salary, and my lawyer will send them response ASAP.
Does anyone know how long I need to wait now ?
I still have the sampe Priority Date ( 03/29/02 - RIR case ) ?
I hope there is a separate pile for these kind of cases ?

Anybody with similar experiance ?

Most probably offered position on your LC application had salary less then required by DOL. Usually DOL (in Philly we have notice that) process these kind of application faster if there were no additional issues.

That was the case.My company sent my old salary to my lawyer.

Thanks usnycus, I hope her in Boston are fast as those in Philly

one of my friends had a similar query from the MA Sesa, looks like a common one, they sent his file to DOL within 30 days of receiving the reply from his attorney, also when did you hear from MA Sesa as i have a PD around yours( March 28 th 2002 rir) and my attorney has not heard from them.

my PD is 03/29/02. My lawyer told me that inquiry came maybe 5-10 days ago so your case is also processed. Ask lawyer to call them.
