I received I-485 approval notice on 10/21 (approval date 10/14) without on-line status change or email notice, even though my email option was on. I got my passport stampted on 10/25. Then I received email on 11/17 saying that card was ordered on 11/16 (on-line message also changed). Today I received email saying that my case was approved on 11/19 and a notice was sent out to me ... if ... within 14 days, blah, blah... I was totally confused. What am I waiting, the card or the approval notice? I hope I don't have to get another stamp on my passport! What a mess! Any ideas? Thanks a lot!

You already stampped, wait for your cards...think they updated the wrong message, insted cards mailed.

I had almost same situation as yours

My case was approved on Nov/01/04 by on line meaasge. And I did possport stampping on Nov/09/04. Today the message is changed into the massage as what you said but the approved date kept the same. I am assuming it is a card ordered message. Let's watch.

You are right. The cards arrived yesterday. Here is the whole story:

ND: 10/2002
AD: 9/2003
I-485 (filed by myself)
ND: 10/10/2003
FP: 12/16/2003
AD: 10/14/2004
PP: 10/25/2004
CO: 11/16/2004
CM: 11/19/2004
CR: 11/22/2004

Both my spouse and I have one EAD and one AP (never used though).
