I’m currently in status change from TN to E2, we are finally getting the consular e2 visa application submitted. I would like to take this time to change the primary e2 visa holder to my wife. This will allow me to work for any company under her e2 visa as she is currently working under my e2 status.
All of my funds to buy the business was accumulated while married to her, so source of funds should remain the same I would think. Do I simply include a business sale contract to her?
