WES Education Evaluation

Does anyone had done the education evaluation from WES for complicated cases and had success with NSC? I am thinking of getting my evaluation done with WES for my AMIETE. They needed sealed transcripts for evaluation which I have for my AMIETE. Any pointers or help be very useful.

My wife have evaluated her degree from WES and applied for I-140 but still pending.
They are very particular about sealed envelops. They will need from University and not from college you attended.

I have sealed envelops from university for both my AMIETE and Masters from Pilani. Is there any reason why you went to WES instead of other evaluation agencies? I am curious that you might have a reason for this since they need in sealed envelop.

I disparately need some help to get this through and thinking of getting evaluation from one more agency too when I appeal.

Could you tell me when did you apply your wife's I140?

We evaluated the degree while filing her H-1b as somebody mentioned us for evaluation. Since WES is recognized by many well known universities we evaluated from them. But we had to go through long procedure as we didnt have sealed marksheets from university but we had from college which was affiliated to University which was not acceptable to them. Finally I got from university and submitted them. In the mean while we also evaluated from MEI services as they were quick in evaluation and also didnt require sealed marksheets.
 
Dont submit multiple education evaluations as it may complicate things, try to provide supporting documents (expert opinion letter/university letters) against initial education evaluation submitted along with I-140
 
From where can we find Expert's opinion letter. I am not sure what letter does University in India will issue in this matter.
Also how much creditability is given to such letters?
