Went for Infopass on today 07/09

Guys -

I went for infopass today and I was told that status of my case is "Pre adjudicated - Under review" . I didn't ask many questions because , he doesn't know what pre adjudicate means. I called up to TSC center on last week thursday (07/05)and got the same information too. They told me that visa number has been assigned to my case and wait for 60 days.

God knows when they are going to take the decision on under review cases.

My details Below :
EB3, INDIA
PD - Jan 2004
I-485 RD - September 2004.
VSC-TSC transfered case on 03/13
LUD - 03/15, 06/27

The Receipt Date for my I-485 is close to yours and I wanted to know if your Name Check is cleared ? Just wondering if that is the criteria for assigning a visa number...

What was LUD on 06/27, Did u changed the address by any chance recently.

Our last LUD is on 03/15 and no updates afterwards...With your case, if LUD happened on 06/27 for visa number, then we are out luck i guess..

IS ANY ONE OUT THERE WITH NO LUD AND ALLOCATED VISA NUMBER AS PER INFOPASS/TSC CALLS.

06/27 to 06/30 LUDs in my case are for assignment of Visa numbers

Yes -

I guess, My case LUD 06/27 and Dependents LUD - 06/28, 06/29,06/30 are because of allocation of visa numbers to the cases. At info pass, he told me that my case has been assigned to officer and under review on 06/27.

Me(Primary) --- June 16th(VSC => TSC -- Still in TSC)
Wife(Depend) -- June 20th(VSC => TSC -- Still in TSC)
Son(Depend) -- June 27th(Transfered for Interview to Local office on June 12th)
