Wow!!!, just when I was losing hope..

I got my 140 approved just now. Got a mail.

Oh.. I am so so relieved now :D :D :D

Now waiting for 485s.

Congrats on your 140 approval. If your PD is before JAN 2002, then hopefully you will get the 485 approval witin a few weeks. That is the current trend. My first FP is on 15th Feb and my PD is well before JAN 2002. I am hoping to be done with this whole process by May. Then again you never know.

Good luck to all and lets hope that all of us will_get_there eventually.

Congrats....... PLease post your PD once you recieve your approval note as you used SUB Labor.

It has been 5 weeks since my I140 approval, but havent heard of 485... :confused: :confused:
my PD is before jan, 2002.....
so, let us hope all of us get the final approval soon too...good luck to u all...

Hey All_names... my lawyer initiated the inquiry on Jan/11/2005 as well. I am still waiting. Did you see any LUD change on your I-140?
Did anybody else initiated inquiry as well??

My lawyer initiated enquiry on I140 case on 1/12/05. No LUD changes on I140 since I applied. There are couple of LUD changes on I485. Please see my signature for details.

Fingerprinting Not done yet.
