We won in DV lottery but problem is that we mostly won't meet poverty guidelines, and I want to consider everything for not losing this opportunity of immigration.

# Is there any official way of from welfare for immigrants? Like signing some document which officialy makes us ineligible to get any help from government
# Is there any legal way to sign a contract between sponsor (those who sign affidavit of support), and DV applicant(s), that if government will sue him because we used welfare - we will must return him every expense.

Any other possible way which will make passing poverty guidelines easier.

Hi, there is no other way to pass the poverty threshold. There are 2 possibilities here during your interview - either you will be asked to prove your financial eligibility or you may not be asked for it. If you are asked, you have to produce your own funds in a form of bank statements or have someone offered to complete an affidavit of support form for you or have in hand a job offer from a US-based company. These are the three ways to show/prove your financial eligibility and there is no other way(s).

If someone is willing to sign a sponsor form for you...that doesn't mean you can draw up a contract between you and the sponsor. Like a promissary note that in case the sponsor get sued you will pay him back...but what good will it do for the sponsor?

If you get on welfare and the sponsor get's sued it means you don't have much and you won't be able to pay the sponsor back or you must have some hidden money...

well I think it's depend, some Areas they don't even ask about affidavit of support like Egypt, and some areas they focus on that, it's all in the counsolar hands, if you caontact your embassy and see what they will answer you about it, but for example in my Area they aske about it, and I think all depend in your work and education, good luck
