I just want to know if one has a child with a girlfriend and you are supporting her but she still get goverment assistance with insurane and day care will they deny the guy based on not supporting enough.
Has anybody had the problem before please help.

What would be simplest is if your state has defined how much support you need to pay each month. e.g. you can supply a copy of a court order or similar
Beyond that, its hard to say as there are no specific guidelines given in the USCIS Adjudicators Field Manual.
Gather as much evidence as you can, and be prepared to present your case to the IO.
