Welcome Notice received but no plastic card, 30 days passed

I received my welcome notice on March 22 which says I will get my plastic card within three weeks. More than 30 days have passed but I am yet to get it. What should I do? Thanks in advance.

Did you get approved in the Service Center of in the local office? My experience is: cases who are approved in the local office are much quicker, because they have your photos from the interview already. I got my card after 3 weeks.
So, figure.
