Welcome Notice received a month ago but no GC so far

I received my welcome notice on Mar 25. NSC has mailed it on Mar 22. But no GC so far. What should I do? Just wait or call USCIS.

Not necessarily. They cannot issue GC without having done biometrics.

Read approval notice.
If it says you need to come down to USCIS office to get biometric done, you should do that otherwise you'll never see your card.
If it does not say that , just wait for a few weeks and it will come by mail.
 
Gurus,
About 3 weeks ago I received a phone call from the officer that he is going to approve the case.
However, till now I still haven't received any welcome notice nor GC.
Please any advise would be helpful?
