I-140 -> 08/2005 (AD)
I-485 -> 06/2005 (RD)
Wating for more thwn 2 years
I-485 mine -> AD ??????? Sai
I-485 derivative -> AD ??????? Sai

Were you stuck in Name check? If yes, what have you done to come out?

I'm not sure if I was stuck in name check, probably yes. Otherwise I should be approved in 2005 when most of June 2004 applications were approved. I was stuck in retrogression :mad: But it's all over :)
Interesting thing, I called NSC today in the morning and was told that my case is with officer and it's not clear if visa was assigned or not.

Tired of this mess

I am with voldemarv as far is case is concerned..

last fp 5/23/2007 no luds

called nsc and confirmed that they recieved fp ..not sure of namecheck
i hope i get approved soon too
i called nsc few days back and they said they have no more visas available and everything else looks fine on the case...

not sure what to believe and whom to contact..

very tired
