Welcome letter!!!

My wife came to the US last April with Immigrant Visa. She got so far 7 welcome notice from USCIS (Every week they Send one). Is it normal?
If not what should she do.

Your wife may be a very pleasant person whom they really like and are happy at her arrival and thus feel obligated to welcome repeatedly....:)

Thats really funny...And they keep sending new Notice letters.
The Receipt Date is May 14, 2008 but the Notice dates are changing.
 
This is really funny.. can's stop laughing!!

I guess they do not work when they are supposed to work and vice versa!!!

She may want to get each of these notices sent back to the service center to bring it to their attention!
 
Actually, Today I received my pretty plastic card and two welcome notices!

One original welcome notice and the other duplicate welcome notice which is the exact copy of the original!!

I guess that's great!
