So my USCIS online account says IP blocked due to excessive usage.
What to do next?

Why does this happen? Any one approved after this message? Just curious!

Wait till tomorrow. And then login again, maybe you typed wrong password more than 3 times and it has been locked. Usually it gets locked for 24hrs.

No one gets approved after this. :)

It just means the Internet Provider is overloaded...it will be like a ladies mind...wait five minutes and she errrr it will change....just kidding laidies :)
 
Are you logging in from home, or from school or work or a library?

If you're using an organization's computers, they often have several (or all) their computers sharing the same IP address to the external world. So to the web server, it looks like dozens or hundreds of accesses from the same IP address, even though they're from different people.
