Why USCIS sent rfe to March/April cases ? Leave Feb cases ?
My friend got an approved I 485 last week. His Receipt date is June 2002. Is that because they don`t want to RE-fingerprint ?
 
I think its too early say this is a pattern. You friend's case might be an aberration. There is no data on Rupnet to confirm this, yet.

My RD & ND is Jan 7th & 10th 2002. But still I didn't hear anything from BCIS.

No 2nd FP or No RFE

Don't know what to do???????????????????
 
This happens all the time, My case RD is aug 2001, still not approved, They are now processing Jan , Feb MAr April 2002 cases.
It took 1.5 years to move the processing date from Aug 10th to Aug 27th.
