My situation -
1) My wife left for India in the month of June 2004 and her I-485 ("Adjustment of Status to Permanent resident") was pending with USCIS
2) Since her I-485 was pending, I arranged 1-131 (Travel/Advance Parole Document) for her which was needed to re-enter USA from India and it was valid for a year and that expired in June 2005.
3) In the month of Augut 2004 both mine and her's green card/permanent residentship was approved. I have her's approval notice.
4) Permenent Resident stamping for myself was done at immigration service center in US.
5) Due to some differencec I had to apply for divorce in US court to get the custody of my child.
6) Early 2005, I got the divorce decree along with the custody of my shild (my child is a US citizen by birth and hold a valid US passport). US court has given her visitation rights.
7) Her's permanent resident stamping has not been done. I have her I-485 ("Adjustment of Status to Permanent resident") approval notice with me.
8) After the divorce in the US court, I was executing the US court order in India to get the custody of my child.
8) And now, in indian court, the reconciliation is happening and she is willing
to come back with the child and join me in the US.
6) She has I-131(Travel/Advance Parole document) but it's not valid. It expired in June 2005.
7) Her I-485 is approved in Aug 2004. But, she was out of US for more than 12 months. I have the approval notice from USCIS.
So, can you please guide me on how to get her back to Uinted States.
Is there any way to get rentry permit or visitor visa or GC stamping at the consulate ?
