My wife and I got married in China, and 2 years later she decided that she didn't want to come to the U.S anymore and wanted to be with someone else while we were still going through the process. I then filed for case withdraw, and since she's never been here and we didn't get married in the U.S., i'm still considered single in the states. The problem is if I do decide to marry another foreigner again, the INS will look up my SSN and find out that i've applied before. The worst part is I couldn't find her anymore. I have no idea where she is in China. What can I do? Thanks in advance for any advices.

Hire a P.I. - track her down, get a divorce or an anullment. Or maybe, im' not entirely sure, you can get an anullment here via the court.

whereever you got married - you are not single, you are married. Get a divorce or annulment, as stated above. Otherwise, if you marry someone else, you will be a polygamist, which is against the law in the US.

does that mean that I will have to go to China and get either a divorce or annulment at the court there? Nothing that I can do in the U.S?

you can inquire about it, and get a lawyer. Your question may be out of our reach. We are not experts on international laws.
