Weird Situation. Help Needed here

Hi Guys,

My 485 is pending since September 2003. My 140 is approved. Recently I got married and joined a different company with my EAD. Inorder to apply my wife's 485, 765 and 131 I believe I needed a current employe letter. If so, what I had to do now. Do I have to officially say INS that I changed company(applying AC21 or what ever it is) and apply my wife's 485 or I can use my old employement letter. My H1 with my old company is still there until Nov 2004

Does this thing takes any problem with my current processing.

Advise me what I have to do now

The best thing would be to contact a Immigration Lawyer. Let him prepare all the paper work and apply with your current employement letter (AC21). This is always good for you and your wife. In future incase if they raise any RFE you will not have any problem.
