weird notice from TSC regarding status inquiry.

Hello Freinds
I received a weird reply notice from TSC,after initiating status inquiry through the 800 phone number.The notice states:
"The I-140 is still pending,currently the visa is not available,your priority date is 01/16/03, currently the state dept. is issuing visas for priority date 01/01/01."
Can anyone please respond if you have received such notice,and what was the outcome.Is this good or bad?Any expected timeframes for future?
my details:
eb2,I-140,NIW.TSC.
PD:1/16/03.
RFE:8/30/05
RFE REPLIED:9/30/05.
LUD:9/28/05,9/29/05,9/30/05.

Hi

It seems they are working on cases filed in 1/1/01 as you did not filed until 1/16/03 then it will be approx 2 more years before they get to your case providing a visa no is available

To my knowledge, the visa numbers will be checked during the 485 stage, not the 140 stage, or did i miss any rules?
 
This is obviously a mistake on their part. At least they didnt even choose the right excuse.

Do you have a lawyer. They should immediately call and ask thay the situation be rectified.
