Weird NOA letter

Just received my NOA letter, but it contains what I think (based on what I've read here on the forum) some different information.

Here is the content of the letter:

"The above application has been received by our office and is in process. Our records indicate your personal information is as follows:

Date of Birth: ******
Address Where you Live: *******

Please verify your personal information listed above and immediately notify our office at the address or phone number listed below if there are any changes.

Upon receipt of all required Records Checks, you will be scheduled to appear for an interview at your local USCIS
"

Heh? I thought it would mention something about fingerprinting letter to follow, or some standard paperwork missing that I should bring, or something of that sort. But a scheduled interview???

Does this letter sound right to your guys/gals?

Yes, the NOA letter is correct. Don't worry, you'll still get FP appointment first. That's what the letter is referring to as "required records checks".

ha! Thank you very much :)

Now with regards to the fingerprinting... Does the FP letter contains a date and time, or am I suppose to schedule one upon reception of the letter?

GhostRider: Just wondering if you address in USCIS database is different from what you mentioned on the application? If so is this related to updating your address with USCIS using form AR-11 whenever you relocated?

I completed an online version of the AR-11 form shortly after I had moved to my current address. The address reflected on the NOA letter is my current address and is correct.

Thanks :)
