Weird Message after the Stamping, any one has any Idea?

Here is the message after next day of stamping? any clues?

This is due to your pending enquries on some issues. You can safely discard the current status msg
 
I have the same msg- I filed G731V. The msg is what it states- you should be getting a letter - what - you will find out.
