We have finished our dv 2008 interview on 15th july at Dhaka USA Embassy. They were satisfied with our papers , only asked for an old document fr my husband containing his Name, Photo and Issue date on it like Drivers Licence or Library card etc. On that day they returned our passport and gave us a blue sheet and wrote my husbands requirements on it and told us to give the required thing within 29 th july. My husband gave his old passport, a library card of his University and also his Registration certificate of Medical Council which contained the required photo, name and issue date on them. The receptionist told him to come on 24 th next and kept all the passports of my family with the blue sheet and documents . On 24 th they issued some DV visas, gave blue papers to some and told my husband that our papers are OK and they will call us later. They did not gave anything ( like token or receipt of keeping passports etc) to him. Though we r waiting fr the call still we did not get it till today, 21st August. Please can any body tell what will be our fate? Why they r taking so much time? Plz answer anybody if u can.
