We missed the interview date...please help.

Somehow we didn\'t get the interview letter and we were told the case has been closed because we didn\'t reply. My husband\'s EAD will be expire in March. We filed a request to reschedule the date and were told that we have to wait for 60-90 days. My question is "can he still legally stay in the US after his EAD expires?"

AOS is a status..

So he can legally stay in the US. But will have to take unpaid leave from company since you need EAD to be valid to be working..
