Hi all,
Thanks you all for the support.
Our case details:
PD: 4/11/2000
RD: 4/16/2001
FP: 6/21/2001
INS received RFE support docs for Employement, wife\'s medical, BC affidavits for both on 21March2002.
Attorney approached local senators (Illinois), to expedite the process. I signed a letter grafted by attoryney by which senator\'s office can call INS. Today my attorney called me and told me that our case got approved. Then to confirm, I called INS and found that it is true.
