I'm a 22 year-old girl, graduating from college next June. What are the best ways for me to get into the states? As long as I could get into the states, I could be able to change my status!

Thanks!

There any many ways to Legally enter the united states it could be

1. A student visa to study.
2. A work visa of the type (H-1B)
or

3. A visitors visa (B-2) just for a small visit where you go back to your country before your I-94 expires.

Thanks for your suggestions!

But I don't think the job visa would work on me. According to the informations on internet, a job visa is usually for people who has doctos's degree or has special skill and job experience. I would only have bachelor's degree and no job experience!

What do I need to prepare if I wanna try the visitor visa? Is it difficult for me the get the visa because my age? Because girls like me( young and single) are always considered to have obvious immigration tendency!

If you have an immigrant intent you should NOT apply for a visitors visa.

To get a visitors visa you will need the Form OF-156 or DS-156 as its called now.. you can get that form from the US State Department website on http://www.state.gov or here is a URL for the US embassy in China http://beijing.usembassy.gov/
You can find a lot of info under the VISA Info section.

In generality you should have friends / family in the US whom you plan on visiting. you also have to show that you will be going back to your homecountry after your authorized stay in the US expires.

If you dont have any friends or family you can visit the USA with a touring company.

You need to have a US Citizen Fiance to apply for a fiance visa.

Your US Citizen fiance needs to file an I129F (fiance petition) for you and once approved you can apply for a K-1 visa at your local embassy. Once you get the K-1 and after you enter the USA you have upto 3 months to get married to that USC fiance else you have to go back to China.....

From your postings it seems that you have an intent to immigrate to the USA and I would recommend against a B-2 (visitors visa) for that.

Yes, you are right. I do have an intent to immigrate. My family is on an F4 process, but I'm already aged-out and it seems that I can't be qualified for the Child Protection Law. That's why I wanna try to get into the states so that I could change my status later!

Why don't you try to get a student Visa or a Work Visa?? Entering the US on a visitors visa (B-2) with a pre-concieved intent to immigrate is considered visa / immigration fraud.

Yes, I'm also thinking of a working visa. But don't know if it's too difficult for me to apply a working visa because I would only have bachelor's degree and no work experience.

As for the student's visa, I'm not sure whether I could get scholarship or something. My family doesn't have enough money to surpport me.
