I filed I-140 and I-485 at the same time on October 2nd 2002 for EB1-OR in California.
My receipt number for I-140 is WAC0226551xxx.
I submitted RFE on February 21st.
I have two questions.
It has been so long since I filed and still no response. Why is that? Does that mean something wrong? I start worrying about it.
My sponsor company is closing down. To be able to work in other company keeping my green card application alive, what do I need, I-140 approval or 180 days after I-140 approval? It has been more than 180 days since I filed I-140 & I485.
