Wat Forms 2 Send & Shud I do my Medical now?

Getting married and was filling the forms.

Can anyone please guide me as to :-
1) What forms(like I485, 765, 130 etc) should I send to Chicago Lock Box and
2) Should I do/send my medical right now or should I take it with me at the time of the interview.

please guide me.

3) Should I just file the I-130 first and then file I-485 based on approved I-130 or should I just file both of them together. What is the best approach.

Send the whole thing ...

If you getting married to a USC please send the i-485 .765, 130 ,864 and 693 because it is the way they process adjustment of status cases now .
 

send all your forms (I-130, I-485, I-131, I-765, I-693, I-864/I-864A, G-325A) to the chicago lock box.

If you dont send medical now, you will definitely get an RFE which would further delay your case.
