WAS in CSC now in VSC re'ved RFE

Guys,
I re'ved an RFE(but my wife and kid did not).{From CSC and have moved to VSC in last Apr 02}
Now i have used AC21 in my case.
Would that RFE go to my old employer's lawyer or it would go to my new employer's firm.
I(my lawyer) have already informed USCIS about my AC21 case about 10 months back but that was send to VSC and not to CSC.

So what is your idea?
What can RFE be???

Another question?
On +ve side where would it get apporved i.e VSC or CSC?
would it be transfered to VSC area now?So that might take longer time to get approved?

Do I need to be in contact with my old lawyer? What if he gets RFE and does not pass to me or to my lawyer? Can my lawyer request a another copy to USCIS?

Any help....

Don't think they would send a copy. Even otherwise, it would take so long that the 3 month period would be over by then. So, better keep in touch with ur old lawyer.

Mostly cases don't get transferred w/ change of address, but possible.

if we cange service center do we need to send ac21 package to the center where our 485 is pending or the center where we moved

if the old attorney failed to handover the rfe, can we file g28 at that time?
or can we directly contat or go USCIS(where our 485 is pending) after getting an appointment to handover the required doc?

if you have this kind of experience, please help
