Hey everyone,
I was told at the Montreal Consulate(Canada) that it will approximately 10 days to do the "administrative processing" for my F-1 renewal and it was because of my Ph.D. subject area and its been 11 days. So does their estimate of time doesn't mean anything or not at all????
They didn't really say anything else about what kind of processing it would be --- only took two fingerprints (not 10) and I didn't pay any security clearance fee at the counter --- is there any hope of getting it in next few days or it is totally blind shot?
