I got the same message and after a bout week, got a RFE for Medical and some other forms prviously filled incorrect by me.

on 3rd they reseived my documents including medical.

On 5th LUD chande to following,

Current Status: Response to request for evidence received, and case processing has resumed.

On July 5, 2007, we received your response to our request for evidence. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. If you move while this case is pending, call customer service. You should expect to receive a written decision or written update within 60 days of the date we received your response unless fingerprint processing or an interview are standard parts of case processing and have not yet been completed, in which case you can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done. This case is at our TEXAS SERVICE CENTER location. Follow the link below to check processing dates. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.

Again LUD Changed on Friday the 6th.

Applied for asylum on 1/2002 (I was in H-1 Visa and Family under H-4 Visa)
My asylum approved on 04/ 2002 (Me, Wife and Two Kids-4 & 7)
Applied for Adjustment 11/2005 (delayed due to financial problems)
Recipt notice names miss spelled on my kids latters.
Informed them.
Kids got Green card after medical and finger prints within 4 months.
Hope we are getting soon.
My RTD is pending too.
 
^^^ yeah... I'm sure it is not a big deal, what pisses me off is that it will now take 4~6 more months to get my approval! :(

Looks like we are in the same same boat though my kids havent got the cards either but today we also got this same message you got and we are hoping it wont be long till we get the final decision, its a long long road. Keep me posted I will likewise:rolleyes: :rolleyes: .

Did you get the letter or youre just guessing?
I read on your signature "07/06/07 new medical / skin test".
 
Yep I Received A Mail

I got the email notice to submit more evidence on June 11th [my wife and two kids 9 & 13 years old], for me I had already done the Med/Physical but like my friend Eljay the CS didnt do the skin test due to my earlier reaction of BCG Immunization and the USCIS needed that be done together with the chest X-ray. I later received the mails a week after. But my wife and kids hadnt done and we thought they wouldnt need it since they did it at my COP in 2004 while processing their paper-work[derivative status]. So after submitting all that on 10th July I got the message on the email that they received the requested evidence and to wait for a written decision within 60days blah blah blah and here we are waiting.
