Was anyone able to get thru and talk with VSC recently

I have been trying for the last 1 week to call VSC.
But everytime I call the NSC no., the automated service says "Sorry, due to some system problem... ..."

Have any of you called recently and was able to get thru?
 
Yeah, I am right now talking to a VSC Rep. You can only reach to a VCS Rep. If you hear your case status from the NSC 800 # and then you can press Option-3 and then Option-4.
If you do not hear your case status on phone, You can not reach VSC and its very sick.

Anyways, As I type this, I am talking to a VSC rep.
 
So how did you get thru...just kept on trying till you get thru?
or is there a secret of getting thru?

Because I kept on trying and got the same answer : "Sorry system not working... ..."

Try using another EAC or any approved EAC number.. then it will go thru... and when you talk to the rep... you can give your actual case EAC #
 
Thanks Venkat04...I used your method and it worked...
they told me..."we are waiting for replies from another office..."
I kept on insisting what it the security check...she said to call after 2 weeks...

Could it be anything else than security check?
