Got through twice today. Once in the morning at around 8:15 and waited 10 minutes. Second time at 11.00 and waited about 15 minutes. First time I called, and second time my wife. Both times got very polite and cooperative IIO\'s. You got to keep hitting flash / redial if you really want to get in. It\'s worked for me before too, but only before noon.
