Hello,
I'm an Indonesian girl currently living in Tokyo, Japan. I have a plan on visiting my boyfriend (a US citizen) who's a US Navy personnel in San Diego but going to take leave for a month to Melbourne, FLorida (his home town) this July. I am preparing to apply for B2 visa, but the thing is, all of my seniors who tried to apply the visa were refused, because they failed to provide the guarrantee that they will leave the states after they're done with the tourism and come back here.
As an international student, I don't have anything here but my scholarship (Japanese Government Scholarship - Monbukagakusho. 100% scholarship + 135.000 yen per month pocket money). I don't have properties, and all of my family are in Indonesia. Would you mind giving me suggestions of what might be good enough to prove that I am coming back here after 2 weeks in the states? Oh and one more...would mentioning about visiting my BOYFRIEND be a problem and make it a lot more difficult for me to get a visa?
Thank you very much.
