I have been married to this woman for about 9 months now. I was on 485 when i married and since then both of us have GC.
My marriage has been one from hell, in these 9 months, i have been severly abbused, she has framed me on bogus domestic violence charge 4 days after getting her GC and has cleaned out my bank account.

I am hiring a divorce attorney right away, but what action can i take against her GC?

Please help

No, you cannot take any action to cancel her GC. She is granted GC based on a valid marriage with you.
Unless your marriage itself was a fraud (in which case you could be part of the fraud too), you have no case to cancel her GC.

You can try and prove that she married you only for GC and you were not aware of her intentions at the time of marriage. Very difficult but may be possible. Domestic violence issue is serious charge during the citizenship so try and sort that out instead of getting back at her.

What if she married him for the green card, would he have a valid reason to try to stop her from benefiting from it? also, nine months married, does she have a conditional GC and how does that affect her situation if he tries to do anything? Just curious...marry for the GC could happen, even if the other part is sincere about the relationship...

She's a derivative beneficiary - there's no conditional green card there.

This is difficult to prove and can backfire for following reasons:
- How do you know that "she married you only for GC"? Difficult to prove, unless she told you in the past.
- Now, if she told you in the past and you did nothing about it, then USCIS can accuse you of being part of that fraud too.

If USCIS accuses you for being part of that sham marriage, your GC will be toast alongwith her GC.
