Hi, would appreciate some advice, answering a couple of questions. I'm a US citizen, seeking to marry my Chinese girlfriend, who is holding a B1, B2 multy entry visa. My question is if we decide to tie the knot, on her next 6 month visit, will she be able to stay here with me, after she files an Adjustment of Status from her current B1,B2 visa to a K-1 visa, or any other type of visa that will work for us until she is approved ? thank you so much for your help.
