Want to extend girlfriends stay in America but need financial and extension letter advice

My girlfriend is currently in the USA with me on a B-2 visa. Her 6 months are up in December and I want to apply for the extension now. When completing the I-539 I noticed several things that are needed that I am not sure of how to go about doing.

1. Description of means of financial support: She does not work here in the USA obviously and she quit her job back in Asia to come here for six months. So I am her means of financial support. Should I write a letter saying I am her means of financial support? And if I do write I am her means of financial support will this affect getting a fiance visa in the future?

2. Copy of return plane ticket: We have a ticket for her to return in December. Should I print out the e-ticket and include that?

3. The reason for her extended stay is to continue to travel throughout the USA and to be with me obviously. Is that what we should say in the letter? Is that a good enough reason to allow her to stay in the United States?

Any other tips would be appreciated. Thank you.

A1: If you will support her financially, please supply proof of it
A2: If you are seeking an EOS, you will need to show her new departure date.
A3: Ideally, B-2 based EOS application should be for life/death emergencies. Anything that could have been addressed with a better timed initial entry is not an emergency. Here the reason for her EOS application is harmones. Honestly state the reason and hope for the best.
