Want to explore opportunities in US

I am a new canadain citizen in accounting field. Want to explore opportunities in US but Recruiters suggests to get the work permit/authorization to work in US first..how to make this possible? please advise. Thanks for your time and attention. :)
 
The recruiters you deal with are idiots - the work permit comes from an employer wanting to hire you, not before.

Find smarter recruiters, there are plenty of morons in the field so it might take a while.
 
I agree with TRC.

I didn't know there were incredibly stupid recruiters until I found one ... million of them. The funny thing is that many of those were not even born in the USA.
