Want to contact Senator..can any of you guys please help in providing so info?

Hi Guys
I want to contact my state senator regarding the delay in
my case. I have got their e-mail
contact addresses from web site. If any of you have done this
before, can you please post such a sample letter deleting names/particulars? I have made a rough draft. But I was wondering if there
is any standard protocol that I have to maintain and in such case
I will really appreciate it or if you know any site
that has such information, please point me to that, I will be grateful
to you.

Thanks..I have all the contact info but I was looking for some sample letter

that will show what kind of protocol I have to maintain
in writing letter to a senator. Ex: How do I adderss him: Your Honarary Senator or something else ? this kind of formal stuff ...
please let me know if you know anything.

I haven\'t written any letter to them. But I called my senator\'s office and spoke to one person who is helping these kind of issues. She asked me to send my I-485 receipt copy and a contact ph#. She also said once she get the info. she will contact me .

I don\'t know, whether the senotor personaly looking all e-mails which is sent to him in the e-mail id published in their contact info.

But lots people wrote letters and e-mails and got response. Hope some body will give a sample letter.
