Want to change an empolyer in the 7th year

Hello,

My 7th-year H1-B will be valid until Feb. 2007, and I want to change a job without jeopardizing my GC process. I am pretty sure if I quit a current job my employer will withdraw my GC applicaiton. Please someone give me an advice on how to change a company safely. Please tell me your success story.

if you are sure that company withdraws your LC after you left, there is no safe way to change employer. You should play with dice.
If your new employer filed LC and I140 subsequently and I140 got approved
before your H1 expiration, you win gamble, otherwise, you lose whole process including H1.
