My husband and I both holding H1B and we filed 140/I485 in 04/2004, our 140 was approved, and we just wait for I485 now.
My H1B expires in 12/2006, and I want to change my job, instead doing transferring H1B (most employer don’t want do it for us
), I want to apply EAD, my questions are:
1. Is EAD best choice for me? Or do transferring H1B?
2. After I get EAD, my H1B will be invalid, right? Is it worth it?
3. After I get EAD, can I work for any company? I’m a programmer, can I work for none computer related jobs?
