RFE (recvd by Attn) 7/30/2000
RFE Replied(By Attn) 8/03/2000
RFE Recvd (VSC) 8/11/2000
485 Approved Auto Msg 8/24/2000
Called INS Auto Msg probably every week once around friday far the past
2 months.
Called INS IIO(?) NO. I did not like to call, since it is not going
help much and it is waste of time, unless you have
a case which is needed a IIO to look in.
Called my Lawyer Once to make sure whether he recvd. RFE or Not.
Wish I like every one there to get their approval in time
without much of hassle.
Frustrating at Peak It was quite frustrating when I could not go to
India in May 1999 when my mom passed away, because I
was out of H1 and waiting for receipt at the least
to get an Express AP.
Appreciations To every one who puts their details and share their
joy or pain. Of course, It is Mr. Khanna who should
be commended for providing a place for all of us to
share our views.
And a Big thanks for all the help provided by my
attorney Mr. Allen Jackson, right from start of my
H1 to 485. Man he is so good, He will redo the paper
and send it back to me, If I have done any mistake
in filling the forms.
