There are no walk-in centers by definition - only walk-in is after your FP date has passed.
Edit (Add): But any center might oblige depending on the time, workload, security attitude.

Officially, walk ins are only done for military based applicants, but the DO may be able to accommodate you you depending on their schedul. Wednesday and Saturdays are normally reserved as walk in days at most DOs.
