can try a early walk in in any of the offices, or only the one I am scheduled for?
My renewal fingerprints for my I-600A came back as unclassified and I am supposed to leave for Moscow on August 30 for an adoption court date of Sept 9. My prints expire on Aug 19 and I took the renewal prints on July 9. The judge in Moscow will not accept paperwork with expired prints. The NBC rescheduled me in Queens as the office for my address in office was rejecting appointments (they put in a different home address). At this moment, I only have a fax copy of the appointment notice. They are mailing the notice to me tomorrow, Monday, as all this rescheduling happened on the phone on Friday, the day I found out my prints were no good.
My question is: Can I or should I try a walk in at any of the ASC offices before the date of appointment, or only at the Queens office they scheduled me for? I will try any office that is in the NYC area.
