wake-up call for May filers

I talked to IIO just now and found out my case still not been assigned. She said they are currently processing June cases. She could not explain why mine is not assigned. I had a feeling that those cases on the May waiting list probably got forgotten somewhere in dust by VSC. Guys, if we don\'t take actions (sadly don\'t know what action to take), our cases will never get touched! Just waiting is in vain. Your comments please.

Called IIO

I called in March and at that time IIO said my case is assigned to officer. And today (just now) they said they go by ND not RD and my ND is end of July and it is not assigned to the officer. And she also said that their log show that I called in March and said it will take another 4 to 5 months before I hear anything from them. My Rd is around May 15th and they processing June cases now. May be I am one of those unlucky guys.
 
talk to your local senator office....most of my friends did the same and got GC
