Who can help me to apply for waiver of inadmissibility?
Visa was expired for a year. Live in Germany . Is there anyone who has an experience in the issue?

waiver for what? And what was your status before leaving the US? You need to be more specific if you want a good response.

Are you an an asylee or greencard holder?

To me you sound like you are a greencard holder, who at this is considered to have abandoned your permanent residence by living in another country for over a year.

If that`s the case, then this is not the best forum to aquire advise
regarding your request. But if it`s not what i stated, feel free to be more specific.

In order to understand my case I have to tell you from the beginning.

She underwent two surgerys but still is working. She needs me .I need her.Want to live permanently in US.Since I was about a year without status looks like I`m under 10 year bar?Is that so?
Wise people, tell me ,please how can I moove permanently to US?
Somebody asked me WAIVER OF INADMISSIBILITY?

Did you give them your I-94 when you left? inot, did you apply for a visitor visa? Your sister needs to contact a lawyer to see if her condition would allow you to come here and join her.

Inadmissibility

Hi ,everybody. Thanks to all who responded to my questions.
Shamshon, this letter is for you, but I will appreciate everyone opinion. Will try to be as brief as possible.
So, my familly came to Germany on refugee status from Kiev ,Ukkaine. My ex-husband is Jewish. We applied to US(on relative bases)
and Germany .Positive papers came about the same time(to my bad luck).i`m not Jewish and I could not choose. If I tell you that my
father ,grandmother and my oldest sister were killed during the World War II,and my childhood was stolen you will understand my
feeling. All my thoughts and dreams are about US,the only place I have ever been happy.
When my sister files application on relative bases( I know it may last so long! I sooner be dead),do I have to stay all this time out
of US? 2) I know refugees have quota by country. Is Germany among them? What could be well-founded reason for refugee
status from Germany?
Thanks. I am not still sure if I am in the black list. How can I know?

God knows,I do not remember If I gave my I-94 card .I do not even know why I should not do that.
What do you mean by:DID YOU APPLY FOR A VISA?How would I be able to enter US if I wouldn`t?
Thanks for your time.
I gather you all are in US. You are lucky to be born there.

Mary,
If you want to immigrate to the US, the problem is that they allow a certain number of refugees from Eastern Europe every year and there is a long waiting line for that. Also, since you have been already accepted by Germany, they will give the refugee status to someone who still lives in the former Soviet Union. If you really want to come to America, you can apply for a visa as soon as you get your German residency. I think your new status as a German resident will make it easier for you to get a visa. You may then get married (if you are not already married) or you can apply for other form of immigrant status such as emplyment based immigration. I think your sister can sponsor you if she is really sick. The problem with immigration to the US these days is that it has been extremely hard for everyone. I understand your feelings about your sister and about coming to America and I know my answers will not make you happy but if it makes you feel better, i waited 10 years for my green card. That is how sad the situation is. I hope I was able to answer you questions. Good luck

Dear Marygold,

Whatever you will do, please do not listen to this Shamshon guy.
You will be surprised at the sort of stuff he has been doing. Just PM me your e-mail address and I will send you his CV. I obtained that from the US government. His CV will leave you without appetite and sleepless for days.

Good luck to you.

I would ignore him Irina. He is a piece of gum that stays in your hair. If you pull it out you will pull more hair. Just ignore it and it will go away.

I’ve been trying it for a wile, but there is a limit for everything. If he doesn’t like something here he can just leave.
Tnx, irina
