Hi Folks,

Just wanted to know that the CGI San fransisco does not have option by which the pdf forms can be filled online. So, it is safe to download them and then fill them with pen. In addition, they have aksed for original passport. So, is it okay to send original passport with the forms.

I have got the forms notarized and now I have to send them for attestation.

Its upto u if u wanna fill the forms on computer or by using a pen. But make sure if u r using a pen, everything should be neat and clean. And yes, everyone is supposed to send original passport, if u use registered mail, it is very safe.

Many - many thanks for clarifying the doubt. My home state is Himachal and rpo as chandigarh. Is there any lawyer or any department there which can expedite the process of getting the nori from home state and rpo.

For Dheeraj ----> I am also sending my documents to my parents in India. Your any suggestion or advice would be really really helpful.
